Been bringing my F20 BMW 1 Series in for a few years now for major engine work and yearly services and mots. Always super friendly and do the work as expected.

Also got a stage 1 remap over a year ago and it’s caused me no problems at all.

I am glad I swapped here from the main dealer as it’s the same quality service for a better price.

Excellent customer service from Gail on reception. She kept me
informed on the issues with my wife’s Mini. We had a problem with the DPF and the Glow Plugs. However the potential risk and cost of removing seized glow plugs and debris going into the engine, far outweighed the value of the Mini. Gail kept me informed every step of the way so I could make an informed decision and did not allow the work to go ahead for their own personal gains. Hardings are very fair motor repair company

Absolute perfect customer service, Gail was brilliant and extremely helpful. Got back from states and found mot had run out. Usual garage quoted me two weeks. Hardings did immediately. Now my new garage.

I dropped the car off for a service and MOT, and stayed while the job was being done, Gail receptionist was fantastic made me a coffee, and is so polite and friendly, steve tge boss fave me some pointers on playing with the on bored BMW computer, which was much appreciated, great team, my favourite garage.
